Lifeline’s 13 11 14 service is a confidential telephone crisis support service which is available 24/7 – from a landline, payphone or mobile.

Anyone in Australia experiencing a personal crisis or thinking about suicide can contact Lifeline. Regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation, our trained volunteers will listen, provide support and referrals.

Lifeline Australia answers around 1800 calls every day from people needing crisis support and suicide prevention services. Over 60 of these calls are answered each day at Lifeline’s Bendigo office.
